VIPSM, a leading provider of corporate hospitality, announced today the acquisition of Miracle Entertainment, a prominent player in Corporate Incentive and Award travel. This strategic move will significantly bolster VIPSM by adding these corporate travel options in its portfolio.
Miracle Entertainments expertise in Corporate Incentive and Reward Travel will allow VIPSM to provide a more comprehensive suite of solutions for its clients. This acquisition will expand VIPSM reach into customer segments currently served by Miracle Entertainment.
